What: Omaha Places Birthday Market featuring Omaha Places Favorites - By Invite only!
When: Saturday, July 13 from 10-4
Where: Little Bohemia Dundee Bank Parking Lot at 1407 S 13th Street
Why: OP is turning 3!
DETAILS:
-Outdoor 10x10 space provided
-BYOT (Bring your own tent). Tents and weights are required; however, we do have a few to rent if you do not have access to one
-Set up: Food trucks and mobiles — anytime Friday after 6pm. Tents — Saturday 7:30am-9:45am.
- $150 fee to participate and a few tents are available for rental of $90
OMAHA PLACES MARKETING SCHEDULE:
A blog post on the home page of Omaha Places with links to all of your socials/website (EXAMPLE)
- IG post, IG stories and Newsletter feature announcing the market
- One month away IG feed post. This is the first post we'll tag all the vendors in
- One month away newsletter feature, linking to the blog post on our website.
- Each vendor will get one IG story highlighting their business and tagging them.
- One week away IG post, tagging all the vendors & share map
- Dedicated newsletter blast about the market
- Day-before IG stories with event info & link to the blog post
*Bolded items are the ones that will directly tag/link to the vendors by Omaha Places. Other posts will just be general promotions.
This event is non-refundable and by invitation only.
Optional add-on by Omaha Places: Your business may utilize a dedicated IG post the post for any event, launch, promotion, etc. before the end of 2024. It would be a carousel post and you would be responsible for providing OP the photos.
OP is offering 50% off for their favorites (Normally $350, now $175 - available day of booking only.)
